Tomato Salad with Poached Eggs

That was what we served our guest! :D
Believe me when I say, it isn't as easy as it seems. Only the people who did that will know how "easy" it is. But than again, because we had a power group, everyone was communicating well and we eventually did ok.

But Vivien, as usual, sitting at her favorite spot, being emo..

So it was up to us to make her get back up and smile..
So in the end she did this!

So while waiting for our next orders, I, Chef de la Hawk, created a master piece from the waste bin and also from the tray. Remember people! REUSE, REDUCE, RECYCLE, REMON! :)

It all ended well.

Being in the kitchen reminded me so much of being in the bar of TGIF.
Always cleaning as you go, washing, wiping..
soo relaxing.. soo fun.. :)
