Bittersweet Sunshine

The bartender, Vivien did an awesome job in mixing our very first and very own drink. Its called the Bittersweet Sunshine. As the co-helper for our bartenderess, I'll talk abit about this drink. I get abit excited about the bar so, hope you guys don't mind.

The drink consisted of

3 oz of Orange Juice

2 oz of Pineapple Juice

1/2 oz of Lemon Juice

Topped with Sprite

Dash of Grenadine Syrup

Lemon Wheel 

It originally suppose to taste sweet at first and sour when its in your throat. Thats the reason for the Bittersweet. Sunshine was was because of the colour of the drink. But the name came from the weather itself. It was raining that morning and it was as if the sun was feeling moody..

and hence, Bittersweet Sunshine.. :)

It was a good sell out. You know a drink is good if you see it at the table. Well in our case, I saw it in almost all the tables and it was something to be proud of la. 

I know I didn't do the drink, but wow. It was amazing la. hahahaha..
