This was pretty annoying..

Saturday morning is always a football morning and only be forced to cancel if there was really no one who can be present.

Most of everyone I hoped to see was present today, and I came late because of the late night trip to Tampin and back.

I also noticed another football team training on the other side of the field. They asked to have a friendly match against them. We had no barriers, although some of us were really tired.

The bad thing about this match was the not-so-intelligent, act smart, think-he-knows-it-all referee and linesman.

Calvin had soo many chances to start the attack, but was always ruled offside by the linesman. So pathetic. Even Nazim was ruled offside, when it was clearly not one by miles away.


Well, its hard to explain what happened here but some of you guys should understand what I mean..

See, its not worth training a football team, full of young and skillful players that don't even understand or knows how to play simple football rules.

Thats the Basic. Its best to learn the rules of the game before even getting your feet onto a shoe. Don't act smart. Don't be an A-Double S.

Un-Sleepy

It was past midnight today and it almost turned to be too bored.

The Siblings was still awake for some reason only God knows why.

My uncle suddenly called "Hey, you all want to follow me to Tampin for a while?"

So, the sibs and I said ok la.

it was 12 something when we left. We arrived at 2am at Tampin. My uncle had to go see one of his parishner who passed away. So, after he said the prayers, we left Tampin to KL. At this time around, I was already too sleepy to be awake.

It was 4am when we reached KL and had breakfast at a Mamak Restaraunt nearby.

See, My Uncle is taking his sisters/ my aunties + mother to Medan for a week. So, the idea was to spend the whole day with him before he goes la. Not wise, but clever move.

Mom left to Medan today..

Lent Season

So, today is Ash Wednesday..


For Roman Catholics, we usually fast (puasa) this day onwards till Easter. Ash Wednesday is the first day of Lent and occurs forty-six days before Easter.


Me, being a Roman Catholic myself, it is complusary to fast for 40 days.


Some ask "Why 40 days?"

Well, the 40 days represents the days that Jesus spend in the desert where he endured temptation by the ManDownUnder (If you have trouble understanding who am I talking about, please comment me)


There are traditionally forty days in Lent which are marked by fasting, both from foods and festivities, and by other acts of penance.The three traditional practices to be taken up with renewed vigour during Lent are prayer (justice towards God), fasting (justice towards self), and almsgiving (justice towards neighbour).


I'm fasting from meat and other poultry including seafood for the next 40 days. Its also a time to reflect on myself for times I failed to do, what is and suppose to be done. Hoping for a peaceful and clear mind though this lenten season.

PETALING JAYA: The Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) and Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) results will be released on March 12.

Education director-general Datuk Alimuddin Mohd Dom said students would be able to obtain the results after 10am from their schools.

“Private candidates will receive their results through the post,” he said in a statement.
A total of 439,255 students sat for the SPM while 6,522 students sat for the STAM last year.

Alimuddin said an analysis of the results would be announced on the same day.

So dear nuts, Its been a while since i actually posted my last blog. Guess the trauma has made me feel less interested to talk on what happened that day..

But I have Cal, and Naz to thank for cheering me up (even thought Calvin did it the odd way). So thanks guys.

Unfortunately we had nothing to prove on, cause I lost the camera that day, expect for Calvin's wet white shirt. hahaha..

So i'll move on to the part where theres photos, so that it will make it more easier to explain on what happened.

Well, the 3 of us met up with the others infront of BORDERS. So, we made our way to the Bowling Alley.

So below here is the gang that was present, (people missing includes, Camera person-Shoey and Liana was still taking classes I guess)

from left - Nazim, Calvin, Remon, Melvin, Jana, and Najihah.

Everyone played bowling expect these 2 monkeys. Najihah and Shoey.

The played the fusbol instead.

Then, I went to menyemak.

So, after a few minutes with them, I came back to the bowling.

Calvin was doing his trademark Ultimate Curve Action (UCA) and biasa la, posing like Cristiano Ronaldo. hahahha..

Nazim was starting off slowly and gradually scoring more and more pins. He was making it hard for Calvin and I to catchup. He had that trademark Ballet Posture (BP) hahaha..

Me, however, played the same normal way. Except, I followed one of the bowlers besides me. He violently threw the ball into the alley and it landed and gave a loud sound. (Dunno why tibatiba i do the same). Then for the second attempt, he threw a fast ball, and so did i. hahahah..

Damn funny.

So after finish both the fusbol and the bowling. We went out la.

It was time for lunch and so the next spot was PAVILION FOOD COURT.

-Unfortunately, Melvin had to go home, Bye~~.

So, all of us walked from Times Squares to Pavilion and on the way there we were talking, laughing, joking until we reach Pavilion.

So, we met Liana'B in Pavillion and the girls went to the food court. Naz and I went to the Cinemas at the 5th floor and met up with Calvin.

So, after a thinking for a long time, we choosed to watch Pink Panther 2.

So we all went to the Food Court and makaned there la.

This was my food, Chicken Rice. Its been a while since I ate it. So, yummy yummy. hahaha..

(This was the part when Shoey almost bocor the SECRET!, but thank God, Calvin was too blur to realise it)

So, when everyone was present at the table, we all took a picture.

After lunch.. we removed all the plates and trays from our table to the other. And to Calvin's surprise, we took out a Birthday Cake for CALVIN!

Football Today

We played football today morning.

Calvin, KKK, Cheo Thai, Loh, Eko, Hafiz, Nazim, and Myself.

So we went to the field and there was an army of little sekolah agama students practising for their Sukan Tahunan.

Well, we, were basically in the middle of all of them la..

So, there was this one time.. Calvin went to the corner of the goal to take the corner kick. So as Calvin was setting up the placing for his corner, and all of the sudden, that army of students ran across (warming up) Calvin.

One of those little boys stops at Calvin and says..

"Eh! Budak Cina main bola!"

No one could really understand how much this song means to me and to be quite honest, i didn't really wanted to share the song with the people I know.

I wanted it to be really special everytime I listen to it. (Selfish?? yea, i know)

But, making it special isn't about keeping it for yourself, its better to share it to the world. (Well, at least to your blogger buddies for my case)

This song, like every other songs that I've listened to has a meaning in it for me, personally and I'm positive that everyone else judge the song that they listen to that way.

I would put this song on top of the list of favourite songs that I listen to (IF there was such thing as a favourite list), even when mood swings or when theres better, new songs playing although it seemed difficult to have a "favourite" song.

This morning i woke up with stories to tell..

I had a dream... well, yea.. a dream.. (but i prefer not to share it here) hahaha..

Usually i have dreams of things that would automatically be erased the moment i awake.. But this dream that i had was kinda unusual. I actually remembered it..
Well, it was not the first time i had it..

Anyways, I sleep with a whole lot of fatigue in me. Very tired and when I do sleep, its very difficult to wake up. Not like some people who sleep for 30 minutes (its called a nap, not sleeping).

I was with my friend, Hafiz, and we were joking around with Afiq.

(Afiq)

All of the sudden, Fiz and I took him by the leg and the hand and threw him. He landed straight into a black dustbin. Fiz and I was laughing so loud as we move closer to Afiq. Only to find out, that he died.

It was a nightmare..

Among those who carried his coffin to the graveyard was Hafiz, Myself, and two other unknowns.

I woke up immediatly that night, and I felt so bad for myself.

The next day I went to school hoping to see Afiq but I didn't see him there. I was kinda SHOCKED for once la. All that was running through my mind was what happened to him.

However, with God's grace, I saw him the very next day. Immediately, i went up to him and gave him a friendly hug. It was from there I began becoming a closer friend to him.

I told this incident to Hafiz and for a reason he freaked out. I also remember telling it to Nazim and a few more of my friends.

Well, dreams and imaginations can be disturbing and also pretty wonderful at times..

Why can't my dreams be less awkward and more of something i can actually cherish as i sleep. :p

The funny part was when my uncle started singing and dancing claming that, that song used to be a hit during those days. With no denials, i was laughing with the way he was "BOOGIE'ing"hahaha..

Coldplay has never won more than 1 award in a grammy show before, they only won one at 2003 for best alternative album and 2004 for their hit single "Clocks", this year is a great year for them as they managed to collect 3 Grammy's from 7 Nominations.

A Stranger with Heart

Well, initially i was getting tired, and wanted to go to sleep.

But I really couldn't close my eyes and everytime I tried, something kept me awake. No it isn't noices coming from outside, it wasn't thoughts that was disturbing me, I really don't know what it was.

I thought by coming online, i could tire myself to sleep so, I came online and there were very few that were online. I kept quiet for a while and checked my blogspot to see if there were updates. One post from my blogger buddies, "Missing Someone"..

I clicked and slowly when through it.

It was about her late uncle.

Her Uncle had already passed away on the 3rd week of January. Being a total outsider about their families personal life was all i could be. But as a human being, i had nothing but pure sympathy for a family who lost a respected someone in their lives.

We're not talking about someone who's going out station or someone who has sailed the sea, were talking about someone who has left forever. Difficult.. just difficult to accept.

Personally, i found it hard to even open my mouth to say anything about it. I would always tell people to keep smiling, be positive about life, and to always appreciate the things around us. But when I was facing with the real deal, and for the fact that it had no relation with me, I felt that sadness for that family, for that poor girl, for the people he left behind, there was nothing I could say or do.

Naz and I was at Rejab that very morning when the departure took place. I only knew it happened when Zim told about it. At an instant, I went "haaa??" It was hard to believe that the same person I used to envy in YouTube for her good lyrics and songs, lost her father. It was unbareable.

What was even hard to think of is the girl who was actually in school when the incident took place. It was difficult. I pretty much lost my appetite as we continued this conversation. My condolences. Thats all I could say.

I'm an outsider and I acknowledge the fact that I am, having no rights to even speak about this person that I don't even know or haven't even seen. But for the fact that I'm a human with feelings, made me feel how I felt, sympathatic.

Naz and I was reading a few of the posts that was posted earlier by various relatives in blogspot, and of course, from her own words, the girl who lost her Dad. We were up till 2.45am till Naz really had to go. I continued reading the post and it was really sad. Sad to see how much the love that person so much, that relative so much. I wouldn't even dare to put myself in their shoes. Hard. so hard.

I could go on and give advises to the weeping ones, but by now there are many others who have already given them advise and I don't want to repeat the same thing. The simplest of things that I can say is that God has a master plan, a plan that everyone of us is part of. Instead of grabbing hold on to the one you lost, its better to just let go, let go as in accept the fact. I can say that the person is not here anymore. But as long as you keep talking about him, he'll remain alive forever.

In life, yes he is not there.
But in heart, forever and ever and always.

Talking about this person has taught me something so valuable,

I've learn to appreciate everyone around me more.
I've learn to acknowledge the fact that we could not hide in a shell forever, we have to do the things we really want to.
That we got to love the ones who are dearest to us as much as we could.
Do the little of things that could mean the biggest thing in their lifes...

for all we may know, tomorrow may be one day too late..

Operator the Line is Dead

This is actually a title of a song from our own Malaysian rock star, Jason Lo.






Jason Lo – better known simply as LO – is many things.



He’s first and foremost a rock ‘n’ roller. But he’s also a concert promoter (Rock The World), music label owner (Fat Boys Records), music producer (Disagree and Singletrackmind), online music consultant (musiccanteen.com), radio DJ (Hitz FM) and TV show host (Latte@8).

Anyways, this blog is not entirely about Jason Lo, but its rather focusing more on one of his hits -Operator the Line is Dead.

For those music geeks or masteros, by now you would actually know that it sounds a little like David Bowie's - Ashes to Ashes.



I was suprised when I first listen to Ashes to Ashes as it sounded similar to Operator the Line is Dead. Probably Jason had his influence from them.



Anyways, this song has always been my favorite hit. Definitly in my handphone, and my Mp3. When I first had my hands on a guitar, Operator the Line is Dead was the first song i played-tried to play.



This song is actually about a guy that loses the love of his life that has changed his life, because she doesn't want him anymore. He actually tries to call this girl, but the girl never picks up and leaves him hanging.



From that you would know why the title is "Operator, the Line is Dead"

It is in fact a sad song, considering its a break-up song. Just wanted to share with My Nuts of how a Local artiste like Jason Lo himself could produce good music that is also circulating Europe.

David Cook

This David Cook guy, as we all know, was the Winner of the American Idol last season.
Honestly saying, I wasn't a huge fan of David Cook, heck, i wasn't even a fan of David Cook! hahaha..

I hated him! hahaha.. i just didn't like his Time of My Life song.

Everytime that song played, i would confiscate the remote control and immediately change the channel.

That song reminded me soo much of the Olympics when Lee Chong Wei was soo close, and finally lost against Lin Dan. Tears and tears.. soo freaking sad.. I really wanted him to win.....

There was an advertisement from Astro about the Olympics and they used the song.. Haihz..

Well, yea, I didn't actually hate David Cook la, i just hated the song. It always reminded me of that time.





But, recently, David Cook has been rocking the house.

I was forced to listen to it everytime i entered Shoey's page (eh shoey, i'm promoting you, you better pay up my commission! :p).

I started to really like his songs, especially Permanent and Light On, and not forgetting, Declaration!!

Sunday at Pavillion!

Suppp people!!

Well, the other day, I went out with Nazim to Pavillion!!
It was a last minute thing, Nazim called me to join him as he will be teman'ing his sister too.
So i met up with Nazim at 12pm at his place and we left to the bus stop.


On the way to the bus stop, I was introduced to Nazim's sister, Azimah.

So hello! :p

See, the funny thing about this was I would hang out in Nazim's place like soo many times and obviously she would be there to, and i wouldn't open my mouth or say anything to her.

So its kinda funny to actually say "Hi" to a person you know, and you notice, and never had the thought of saying "Hi" after all this time, until that day. hahahhaa..

Well, Azimah, Nazim.. i hope the both of you are laughing as much as i am, being in this picturing this situation.

I hope i'm not complicating things. so anyways. lets move on..

Ah! My dear friends, taking the bus. Hahaha.. well, its always nice to blog everytime Nazim takes the bus. Personally, I find it very cool. haha..

Anyways, something happened along the way in the bus!!!

The bus was not moving due to traffic.

Nazim's hand accidently touched this button.

Hahaha.. the door opened immediately.

Everyone in the bus was staring at Us..

Then i told Nazim to buat bodoh to avoid comotions. hahaha...

Oh Naz.. you make me laugh...

Yea, the bus stopped here to be exact..

Hahaha..

So after getting down at the bus stop, we walked through Bukit Bintang and made our way to Pavillion!

Wow, This is the first time that i actually used the front entrance to this place.

The place was fantastic and it was soo huge and soo nice la. hahaha.. I'm sorry i'm not good at describing places. So, we went to the food court downstairs to makan Lunch.

We went to this place that has varieties of food. waa.. there was Taiwan food, Viet Nam food, Hong Kong food, soo many la..

We ate at this Shop which i forgot the name.

I ordered Sweet & Sour Chicken.

Looks good huh??

Well, Nazim did something soo freaking funny and i actually saw the cashier laugh at his action! hahaha.. Don't worry Naz, I won't elaborate further to others. But still i'm telling a few.. hahaha.. So for now, Only Naz, Azimah, the cashier, me and that Blur Uncle knows what Nazim did. hahahah..

Anyways, after makan, we went walking about. Azimah went shopping for her stuff and Nazim and I went exploring futher into Pavillion.

So we were walking and talking so many things la.. At one point we went up to the highest floor and it didn't really look scary until i glimpsed down.

Freaking scary.. Can die anytime.. it was even worse when Nazim tried to pull me to the edge.. I almost kick his conjoes.. hahaha.. I'll kill you the next time you do that Naz! haha..

We went to buy tickets a movie.. And after thinking very hard.. We are gonna watched Inkheart.. again!!

Well, again for me la.. not for them.. anyways it wasn't as fun as the first time i watch it.. But still i enjoyed la..

So, we kept on walking and suddenly!

A dragon attacked us!! It was a pink plastic dragon that looked really weird. hahaha.. it was one of those Chinese New Year Celebrations. the Dragon Dance!!

Well, after that gong hitting, dragon flying performance, we went out la.

Outside we saw this big piece of cake placed out there to commemorate the 1 Year Anniversary of Pavillion.

Haihz.. if real cake also nevermind la, at least i can enjoy eating.. haha...

Anyways, that was not the only thing outside of Pavillion.

We saw a BIG FAT OX! HAHA..

Coldplay @ 2009 Grammy Awards

An Extraordinary band. Lyrically, and Musically, they, to me, are the greatest brit-pop band of all time.

Coldplay is running for 7 awards this year. But leading the award charter is Lil Wayne with 8 nominations.

Nevertheless, Coldplay has done so well in producing, as many like to call it, "the best ever" album, and it only takes 2 song from their Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends to get 7 nomination.
